HI-KAB+ KOMPACT
Similar to our HI-KAB KOMPACT wall-mounted compact storage cabinet but with an extended storage capacity, the HI-KAB+ KOMPACT module is perfect for long-term overhead wall storage. Inspired by aerospace design, the single easy-to-open contoured door swings upwards and out of the way allowing for an unobstructed workspace. In addition, access and transferring of contents from one cabinet to another is simplified. Typical swing-up doors that are equipped with pneumatic gas or oil-filled struts can be difficult to close since forces required to operate them are temperature-sporadic. Our fully-adjustable spring-assisted door stay mechanism is precision-engineered to allow for finger-tip opening and closing of the single overhead door. Fitted with an ergonomically-designed and suspended T-handle, the overhead door is always within reach. Integrated slots pre-punched on cabinet back allow for easy flush-mount wall hanging.
